Privacy Policies
Personal information submitted to iSupply will be used for the performance of services ordered. We do not share, or sell customer information at any time for any reason. The only exclusion to this policy is information submitted for the express purpose of being displayed as public website content.

Store Policies
All sales are final
No Checks Accepted
No Refunds or exchanges on all merchandise
No refunds or exchanges on repair services
If you received incorrect/damaged merchandise, we will provide you with a replacement in the store within 7 business days of purchase date, otherwise you will need to follow up with the manufacturer's limited warranty.  For warranty details, please read the warranty card inside your package or visit the manufacturer's website
We do not cover damage for or from OtterBox or LifeProof products

Repair Policies
On repairs, we strive to repair devices as quickly as possible, in some cases, depends on parts availability.  Once notification is made information the device is repaired, we expect prompt pick up and payment.  In the event the unit is not picked up in 30 days form notification, iSupply reserves the right to sell the device for the balance due and the owner of the device will not receive the device, any deposit and/or compensation for the device.

Special order parts will require approximately 7 business days to obtain. If we receive a defective or damaged part it will be returned right away for replacement.

If your device has been damaged by a liquid (water) it will require 24 hours drying period from the time we receive it.
